Vegetable Garden Raised Bed Update!

Snow or Sugar Snap Pea (purchased at garden centre and that is how it is labelled) - Tendrils are beginning to grab onto the bamboo trellis.

Nice root development, not too root-bound yet.

Plant them nice and deep, as roots will readily grow from the stem - this will lead to a much larger and deeper root system to support a much larger plant! Pinch off any leaves or shoots that would be buried.

May 23rd 2009. Hot and sweet peppers planted at 8 inch spacing
